Terms and Conditions
This subject can be quite complicated, however, we have made it simpler for you to review our terms and conditions before you use our courses. To start, simply choose one of the titles, then click the arrow to view the content.
We are committed to meeting your needs and exceeding your expectations. It's crucial that we establish clear responsibilities and expectations for both parties to ensure success. Our goal is not to persuade you to agree to anything unnecessary, but rather to work together to find the best solution for both parties, both now and in the future.
By using science-up.com.au you agree to our T’s and C’s.
This sets out the Terms and Conditions (“T’s & C’s”) of your enrolment with (“Science-up” or “We”).
To enter this agreement, you must be 15 years of age or older.
If you are under 15 years of age, you will need one of your parents/legal guardians to enter this agreement on your behalf. In that case, both you and your parents/legal guardians will need to ensure compliance with the T’s & C’s.
Following, “you” and “your” will then refer to both you and, where applicable, your parents/legal guardians.
To become a client of Science-up, you will need to provide some personal information such as your name, address, contact details, and payment details. Science-up will keep this information safe and secure by storing it in our payment and client systems.
You have expressed the need for academic assistance that is specifically designed to meet your individual needs.
We will provide you with online learning courses that can vary in type and scope.
Depending on the selected course, you will receive feedback on given answers, which will be sent to you via e-mail address.
You will need access to a computer with the latest version of the browser and reasonable internet access. Run a test on your computer to determine if it is suitable and if the Internet is sufficient at this time.
If you are unable to enter or continue the course due to technical problems,

We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
You must acknowledge that Science-up has made substantial investments in the creation and curation of the educational material available on the Science-up learning platform. This material is intended solely for your use, and you agree not to share it with any third parties (further information provided in the Intellectual Property section). Additionally, you are required to refrain from engaging in any illegal activities while using the platform, including but not limited to fraud or hacking. Such behavior is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal actions.
We will always try to provide you with the best possible service. However, we cannot guarantee that everything will work flawlessly. It is in the nature of providing online services that Science-up and you are dependent on hardware, software and stable and sufficient internet bandwidth.
So, as hard we might try, sometimes things don’t work out exactly as planned.
Science-up does not guarantee that the usage of the course will lead to an improvement in academic performance or results. To the full extent permitted by law, you will hold Science-up blameless for any act or omission relating to the Service and you will indemnify Science-up from any dispute, action, claim or proceedings relating to the provision of the Service to you and Science-up will not be responsible for any losses or damages.
We at Science-Up have invested significant effort and time to create a great user experience. Please show respect for our intellectual property, which can include names, creations, and ideas.
After you agree to this Agreement, Science-up provides you with a license that is not exclusive and cannot be transferred, allowing you to:
- a) use the application only through their authorised users; and
- b) use the online learning tool according to the conditions and terms outlined in this Agreement.
Science-up grants you a non-exclusive license to access and use the learning platform so long as it is within the scope of the uses offered by the learning platform. You may view, copy and print portions of the content in accordance with the site's usage options. You may not transfer the license to anyone else or modify the content in any way. It is intended that you strictly adhere to the available user options.
When a user's user account is terminated, this license expires.
Unless stated otherwise in writing by Sciene-up, all the material and content found on the learning course platform, including information, data, software, photographs, graphics, music, videos, and other materials are the property of Sciene-up or its related entities or licensors. This includes all designs, text, graphics, pictures, and other files, as well as the arrangement of these materials. The content is protected by Australian and international copyright laws, and the Site and all Content are copyrighted.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, Science-Up and consumers are both bound to the consumer guarantees that are outlined in this section.
Payment must be made in advance. Otherwise, Science-up will not grant access to the course.
The course fee should be paid in accordance with the selected payment methods we offer on our website.
After paying for the selected course, you will receive a confirmation email, and your course will be unlocked. Upon receiving the payment, the system will be for 6 months accessible.
In the event of an unforeseeable situation that prevents you from completing the course in the given time, or if you are dissatisfied with the course, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. To enquire, please email admin@science-up.com.au.
Science-Up will not be held responsible for any damages related to these Terms, including but not limited to special, incidental, or consequential damages, the cost of finding substitute products or services, interruption of use or loss/corruption of data, or any other damages.
If Science-up experiences any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond their control, they will not be held liable.
However, this exclusion of liability does not apply in cases where it is prohibited by applicable law.
Science-up will try its best to keep the learning platform available for your use, but there may be times when it becomes unavailable due to necessary maintenance, technical problems, or events beyond Science-up's control.
Science-up will make reasonable efforts to prevent downtime during peak hours but cannot guarantee that the learning platform will be available at all times. In such cases, Science-up will not be liable for any unavailability or disruption of the learning platform or its parts.
It is essential that we guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of the content we produce, making use of easy-to-understand language and visuals to elaborate on the material. Nonetheless, we cannot guarantee that our content is totally free from any mistakes. Additionally, Science-Up cannot assure that using the learning platform will always provide the desired outcomes.
By downloading files from the learning platform, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee that any files you download will be free of viruses or other harmful programming. You are responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure your system is secure and that the data you download is free from any viruses or other harmful programming. Furthermore, you should have a backup system in place in case of any data loss or corruption due to viruses or other malicious material that may be present on the learning platform.
Science-up cannot be held legally accountable for any losses or damages related to these Terms, including but not limited to special, incidental, or consequential damages, the cost of finding substitute products or services, interruption of use or loss/corruption of data, or any other damages. They are not responsible for delays caused by events out of their control. However, this does not apply if prohibited by law.
You or Science-up can end your enrollment with Science-up whenever, for no particular reason, by giving notification as indicated by this Agreement. Science-up may end the agreement immediately by telling the licensee if there is a major infringement of the Terms and Conditions by the Licensee. Science-up holds the power to end service to any customer with no prior warning.
If these T’s & C’s are accepted, the resultant agreement and any dispute arising in relation to it are governed by the law of the State of Queensland, Australia.
These T’s & C’s can only be varied by a written agreement between you and Science-up.
However, Science-up may, from time to time and within its absolute discretion, vary the policies, procedures and website information referenced in these T’s & C’s. We will notify you of any changes regarding our services.
